4. Orders & Payment — Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may cancel or refuse an order where fraud, an error, or unauthorised activity is suspected. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

7. Product Safety & Assembly — eBikes may require final assembly on arrival (such as fitting pedals, handlebars, or front wheel). Customers should follow the included assembly guide carefully, or seek assistance from a qualified bicycle mechanic, to ensure the bike is roadworthy before riding. BikeMor is not liable for injury or damage resulting from incorrect assembly, maintenance, or misuse.
8. Intellectual Property — All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, belongs to BikeMor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, BikeMor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of our website or products. This does not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, where such exclusion would be unlawful.
