Shipping Policy — BikeMor

Welcome to BikeMor. We're committed to getting your new eBike to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery — Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. eBikes are shipped part-assembled in protective packaging; final assembly steps (handlebars, pedals, wheel alignment) may be needed on arrival, and full setup instructions are included.

Shipping Costs — BikeMor offers Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.

Order Tracking — Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery Information — Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BikeMor is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. Given the size and value of eBike shipments, someone must be available to sign for delivery.
